For those that couldn’t make it to the Newmarket-Aurora EDA nomination meeting yesterday, I was successful in my bid for re-nomination and am now the Green Party Nominee for Newmarket-Aurora.
I’d like to thank all those that supported me, and look forward to working with all of the members of the Green Party over the next months, advancing the Green Party message, growing the party in Newmarket-Aurora, and working toward the next election campaign.
I also look forward to meeting more of the residents of Newmarket and Aurora as I make my way around the community introducing myself.
The nomination was just one step on the road. Now on the electoral success!
We need Green MP’s in Ottawa supporting Elizabeth May when she wins in Central Nova!
Two of those could be Adrianne Carr (Vancouver Centre) and David Cherushenko (Ottawa Centre), both extremely well qualified Green candidates and deputy leaders.
And together, we could make Newmarket-Aurora another Green seat.
We could certainly use your support to do so. As a matter of fact, we depend on it.
