Aurora Public Library has hosted an all candidates meeting prior to municipal elections in Aurora since 1985, as an information service for the community. The meetings have been structured to ensure impartiality and have offered the community the opportunity to hear every candidate speak including Mayoralty, Councillor and School Trustee candidates.
Once again Aurora Public Library will host an All Candidates Meeting on Sunday, October 3rd at 2:00 p.m. in the Aurora Town Hall, Council Chambers, located in Aurora at 1 Municipal Drive. All registered candidates for the offices of Mayor, Councillor, and school board trustees in the Town of Aurora have been invited to participate.
The Moderator will be Aurora resident Dr. Wesley Cragg. Dr. Cragg is Professor Emeritus, Business Ethics, York University.
All are welcome to attend.
