British households may be given state-subsidised individual carbon audits on their homes to encourage them to cut their own contribution to global warming.

Does anyone think that we should get Steven Harper or Rona Ambrose on the line to Tony Blair to tell him, “Yeah, we had that program. It worked really well, but we cancelled it anyway. You don’t really buy all that climate change mumbo-jumbo, do you Tony?”
